When planning a catered event, please provide the following information:
A final guest guarantee is required three business days (five business days for off campus clients), during office hours, prior to the event. If no guarantee is received, we will plan according to the estimated guest count. If your event is on a Sunday or Monday, your final guest count must be submitted by noon on Wednesday the week prior. If the actual guest count exceeds the guaranteed count, you will be billed for the actual guest count.
If the event is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice, 30% of the remaining balance must be paid. If the event is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, 70% of the remaining balance must be paid. If the event is cancelled the day of, the balance in full is due.
"A non-refundable $300 deposit for events totaling $600 or more is due upon booking for clients not paying with a department number, as well as a 50% deposit 60 days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled more than 5 business days prior to the event date, the 50% deposit will be refunded, excluding the $300 non-refundable deposit.
Please note that some menu items have a minimum guest requirement. In general, no lower than 10 guests per attended event or buffet service. You may certainly order these services for a lesser amount of people. However, billing will be based on the minimum requirement. Orders not meeting set minimums can be picked up at the Greenville Dining Hall.
All serviced events include china ware. All delivered items include paper products. If china ware is preferred for a delivered event, an additional fee of $1 per person will be applied. A $25 delivery fee will be added for events delivered off campus within the Clinton area. Please contact the catering office for a special pricing on deliveries outside of the Clinton area.
Food and beverage tables will be decorated at no additional charge. Guest table decorations are available for an additional fee. Linens are included for all food andbeverage tables. Linen for guest tables and any additional tables may be provided for an additional charge; $3 per tablecloth and $15 per table skirt.
Please check the availability of banquet facilities as soon as you have selected a date for your event. Keep in mind that banquet facilities are often booked in advance. Fees are as follows:

A 50% payment is required 60 days prior to the event based on the current estimated guest count.

The above terms are agreed upon as well as any and all terms, conditions and policies listed on the Blue Pride Catering web site. These prices are valid for this contract only. If changes are made to this contract, the prices listed on the web site at the current time are the prices that will be honored for your contract.
